We purchased our Canadian Spa Winnipeg model 2 years ago. We have used it allot with only one small issue after two years. The Canadian Spa company took care of us sending out the parts (Head rests) pre paid to us. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone, it has all the features much more expensive spa’s have for a fraction of the price and you can depend on after sale service. We looked at allot of spa’s before buying the Winnipeg and couldn’t be happier with our purchase

Our experience of buying this amazing hot tub was perfect from start to finish. Canadian Spa were just lovely to deal with and the spa arrived a week earlier than expected. We paid extra to have it positioned and installed and it was money well spent. The two-man team of installers were incredibly helpful and couldn’t do enough to make sure we were happy. We are. Very happy. It’s early days but I think it’s the best thing we’ve ever bought. Thoroughly recommend. Go on treat yourself!

From the initial enquiry on the web site to the delivery and after sales service of our Hot Tub – Great customer service, friendly and professional. Canadian Spa Amazing friendly, helpful, very thorough and reliable when arranging delivery and set-up; installation very professional, left yard totally neat and were very informative on both tub and chemicals, answered all my questions. The tub itself is everything they say; beautiful, jets are very adjustable with lots of power, but you can also enjoy a relaxing massage in the lounger without fighting the water pressure. This is our 5th hot tub purchase and by far the best experience. we couldn’t be happier.
